Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to place them back in our inventory. We take great pride in providing quality products and we hope you will be greatly satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order after it has been processed through our website, but before it has shipped, please notify our customer service department immediately so we can cancel the order before it ships. Once it is shipped, we are unable to cancel an order. If you want to cancel an order after it has shipped, you, the customer, will be responsible for paying the shipping amount and returning the items to us. Once we receive the items back, in good condition, we will issue a refund. If an item or items arrive damaged, please notify us within three days after received. Please provide pictures of damaged goods. We will then determine if you would like a replacement or a refund for the damaged goods.
